The course is taught from a Judeo-Christian Worldview, taking into account the Ministry of the Holy Spirit, Biblical Truth, and God's Redemptive Plan.

The Art and Science of Coaching; A Transformational Christian Program is a 16-day accelerated learning program that gives participants an experience of being a great Coach, and the skills and resources to launch a Coaching practice or integrate Coaching into ministry or business.
The International Coach Federation has accredited this program at the highest level, the Accredited Coach Training Program. This programs fulfills all the educational requirements for attaining the second level of Coach Accreditation with the ICF; Professional Certified Coach. The full course includes 120 Hours of training, 6 Mentor Coaching Sessions, and ICF competency testing. The program is broken up into three learning formats to limit the students time away from home and travel.
Module 1 "The Spirit of Coaching" and Module 2 "Creative Solution Finding" are taught using the latest online interactive live technology, for a classroom like feel that can be completed from the students work, or home. Enrollment is now open for classes beginning on May 13th and July 1st.

Some key philosophies of Christian Solution-Focused Life Coaching:
People already have access to all the resources they need. Philippians 4:13 "You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you."
It is positive and solution focused, not problem oriented: Philippians 4:8 "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things."
It is future oriented: Isaiah 43:18-19 "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.
The map is not the territory: Proverbs 23:7 "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he."
There is no failure, only feedback: Phil. 3:13 "Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead."
