Who's Your Daddy Inc. (OTC BB:WYDY) is pleased to announced that National Chain retailer, ``Circle K,'' has finalized its distribution schedule for the placement of its order through McLane Company, Inc. to supply Who's Your Daddy's ``King Of Energy'' drink. The distribution schedule includes 281 Circle K locations throughout the Southeastern United States, including Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Circle K has committed to feature Who's Your Daddy's ``King Of Energy'' drinks in multiple store locations. This will include NASCAR cross-promotions during the year, commencing with Daytona Beach, Florida in February 2006.

The Circle K distribution schedule of 13,000 cases, which is expected to generate revenues in excess of $290,000, will be shipped from current production runs for both the Regular and Sugar-Free ``King Of Energy'' drink.

Who's Your Daddy will also provide Point-of-Purchase Displays and Cooler Barrels for all participating Circle K locations during the 2006 NASCAR promotions.

The stores will be authorized to reorder the ``King Of Energy'' drink as needed through McLane. McLane will request and receive a volume forecast detailing daily sales from each Circle K location. Upon the success of the regular and sugar-free versions, the ``King Of Energy'' drink will be distributed nationally by Circle K.

Russ Kidd of Circle K Southeast Division said, ``I like the taste of Who's Your Daddy and we want to be one of the first convenience store chains in the country to have the product readily available. We are one of the largest retailers of energy drinks, and I believe that once we begin promotions Who's Your Daddy should do well in the market based on taste and marketability.''

``Our National marketing campaign with NASCAR, along with the placement of the drink throughout Circle K locations, should prove to be a winning combination. NASCAR fans and Circle K patrons are telling us what they want and when they want it. Our goal is to keep the customers satisfied through promotions, as well as giving them a great tasting drink at a good price,'' said David Mitchell, Who's Your Daddy's Executive Vice President of Business Development.
