The EEOC has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit
against the distract manager of Denver area Honey Baked Ham restaurants.

The manger listed in the lawsuit is James Jackman who is
accused of repeatedly subjecting various female employees to sexual harassment.
According to the EEOC’ lawsuit filed last week, Jackman , who is general
manager of the Highlands Ranch store, solicited sex from employees, made comments about their bodies and also fondled them.

The store manager Wendy Cabrera told supervisors about the
harassment but the company fired her. They stated that she was fired because of
poor hiring decisions.  This is called
retaliation and a sexual harassment attorney can sue for back
pay on behalf of their client.

The EEOC also stated that other female employees were fired
after they went through the chain of command to report the harassment.

The Georgia based restaurant chain stated that they do not
tolerate any form of sexual harassment and took action based on the allegations
that arose over a year ago.

A sexual harassment lawyer can confirm that harassment is still rampant in the workplace, in
spite of the years of education and training that has gone into trying to
eliminate harassment and make work a tolerable environment.

A person who is harassed while at work should first attempt
to end their hostility by reporting the incidents to their supervisors. But if
